JAY S.
LEFEVERS, MAI Founded Lefevers
Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 1992 Jay entered the
appraisal business in 1986, obtained his
MAI designation and founded Lefevers
Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 1992. His prior
appraisal experience was predominately
with small and large private appraisal
companies and as an AVP within the
appraisal department of a large bank. Jay
has served as a member of the National
Grievance Committee for the
Ethics/Counseling Department of the
Appraisal Institute, was the Education
Chairman for the Phoenix Chapter of the
Appraisal Institute, and has served on the
Experience Review Committee for the
Appraisal Institute. He has resided in
over 10 states and has visited over 10
countries, which helped guide him towards
his specialization in appraising hotels
and resorts. Jay's business interests also
incorporate owning architecturally unique
properties, with mid-century or
contemporary design, operating an
antique/novelties business, and
investments in the entertainment field. |

THOMAS RAYNAK,
MAI Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 1995 Establishing his career in 1984, Tom has performed and reviewed appraisal assignments across the southwestern United States for small appraisal companies, a national appraisal review firm, and for Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has served on the Institute’s Experience Review Committee. While having vast experience appraising a variety of property types, including office, retail, multi-family, and industrial properties, Tom specializes in the valuation of subdivisions, master planned communities, entitled land, and unimproved land. Tom is currently a partner in a private real estate equity fund. |

JOHN L. RUCKER,
MAI Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2004 John has been appraising throughout the state of Arizona since 1983. His prior appraisal experience involved working for a lending institution, with several small private appraisal companies, and for a national commercial appraisal organization. John specializes in complex appraisal assignments, including large, multi-property portfolios. Appraised properties include apartment projects, a variety of office properties, retail shopping centers, industrial projects, vacant commercial land, as well as office and industrial subdivisions. In addition to narrative appraisal reports, John has prepared market analyses and feasibility studies. He has served as Education Chairman for the Phoenix Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. |

LAIRD, MAI Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2005 Ben’s prior appraisal experience started with a national Big Four accounting firm, and involved appraisal assignments throughout the United States; subsequently, he worked with small private appraisal companies. He has appraised a variety of property types, with specialization in the valuation of hotels/motels/resorts, golf courses, office condominium projects, convenience stores, gas stations, car washes, and sand and gravel/quarry operations. Ben is an active investor in real estate throughout the United States. |

GRUMLEY, MAI Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2009 Prior to joining Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc., Mark was the principal of Grumley Valuation & Consulting, L.L.C., a real estate appraisal and consulting company in Phoenix which provided services throughout the Southwest region. Appraisal assignments included all property types and clients included banks, development companies, municipalities, investment groups, and attorneys. Consulting assignments included asset management and project development activities for regional development companies and national private investment groups. Mark’s areas of specialty include valuation of master planned communities and subdivisions. |

S. ANTELMAN, MAI Joined Lefevers
Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2010 Mark has been
appraising throughout the state of Arizona
since 1983. His prior appraisal experience
involved working for a private appraisal
company, and he was the principal of
MSA/Antelman & Associates, Inc., a
real estate appraisal/consulting firm, for
more than two decades. He has served on
the Appraisal Institute’s Southwest Region
Review and Counseling Committee and its
Experience Review Committee. Mark has
appraised a vast array of property types.
He holds an Arizona Real Estate Brokers

KEVIN D. STEELE Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2002 With an extensive background in both the appraisal and accounting industries, Kevin has performed appraisals for a county Assessor’s office, as well as for private appraisal companies, and has worked for a large regional accounting firm. Kevin has appraised a wide variety of property types and specializes in the valuation of subdivisions, master planned communities, entitled land, and unimproved land, particularly throughout multiple counties in south-central Arizona. |

ROTHWELL, JR. Joined

Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc., Richard's
appraisal experience includes working as a
reviewer/staff appraiser for the Arizona
State Land Department, as well as for
private appraisal companies and as the
principal of his own appraisal firm. His
real estate appraisal background, since
2003, incorporates a wide variety of
property types in all counties of Arizona,
including valuation of retail, office,
industrial, multi-family, single-family,
vacant land, rights-of-way, and special
purpose properties. |

WALSH Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2011 Kevin’s professional
appraisal career started in 2003 as a
trainee with an established commercial
appraisal and property management
company. Thereafter he worked in
appraisal divisions for multiple national
brokerage and appraisal companies.
Kevin is experienced in the appraisal of
office buildings, retail properties,
industrial buildings, automobile
dealerships, land and land leases,
apartment buildings, and litigation
support. He is active in appraising,
consulting and investing. |

KYLE WOOD Joined
Lefevers Viewpoint Group, Inc. in 2012 Kyle started his
appraisal career in 2003 with an
established appraisal firm in the Phoenix
area. His appraisal experience spans
the state of Arizona and the southwest
region of the United States with
assignments encompassing a wide variety of
property types including retail, office,
industrial, vacant land and right-of-way
valuations. Kyle also has served in
a variety of management, credit analysis,
and account executive roles in the
technological equipment financing
